About Alimentum Taking its name from the Latin for food, Alimentum is a major new landmark on the Cambridge restaurant scene winning rave reviews and awards in its first year of business. The concept for Alimentum has always been to keep things simple and whilst our food is technical to prepare it is served simply on the plate, with a service style that is friendly and efficient without being over formal. The food we serve is prepared with passion, integrity and originality by our talented brigade. The menus change with the season and ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible.
