Not all Cambridge restaurants have seven chefs in their brigade

April 2009 saw the arrival of our new Head Chef Mark Poynton who made the short journey across the common to join us from Midsummer House. Mark occupied the head chef role there for the last two years and draws on his extensive Michelin Star restaurant experience to create dishes brimming with quality and originality.
