Not all restaurants in Cambridge share our ethics

In business as in life, actions speak louder than words, which is why we take pride in turning our ethical values and vision into real world practices. We do more than pay lip service to these principles – we live them out. We turn values into actionable undertakings and ensure the ingredients we buy, the materials and equipment we use and our conduct as a responsible trader is true to our ethical beliefs.

We buy as much local produce as we can – across food and non-food supplies. We are keen to reduce food miles and our environmental impact, but more important, we see the benefit of stimulating business success in local rural communities. The bottom line is we only source suppliers that comply with the ethics that underpin Alimentum and are passionate about what they do.  If you have passion at every stage of the food chain then the end result is never going to disappoint.
