Not all restaurants in Cambridge share our ethics

In business as in life, actions speak louder than words, which is why we take pride in turning our ethical values and vision into real world practices. We do more than pay lip service to these principles – we live them out. We turn values into actionable undertakings and ensure the ingredients we buy, the materials and equipment we use and our conduct as a responsible trader is true to our ethical beliefs.

We’ve just received news that we’ve been shortlisted for another RSPCA Award – having picked up the Innovation Award in 2008 we have this year been nominated in the Independent Restaurant category and are looking forward to the awards night on October 7th.
